Additional Conditions
Once-Per-Day Limit
Each Peddler Card may be used only once per day, with no exceptions.
Card Must Be Present
The physical Peddler Card must be presented at the time of payment in order to receive the discount.
Discount Limitations
Discount applies to the base price of the entrée only.
Additional charges, including side upgrades, add-on items, beverages, taxes, and other separately charged items, are not included in the discount.
Valid Dates
Peddler Cards are valid during normal business hours on any day except New Year’s Eve. Peddler Cards are not valid on December 31.
Dine-In Only
Peddler Cards are valid for dine-in meals only and may not be used for carryout orders.
Maximum discount
The maximum discount per redemption is $50.00. If the qualifying entrée is priced above $50.00, a $50.00 discount will be applied.
Transferability
Peddler Cards are fully transferable and may be given to another person or given as a gift without additional restrictions.
Cash Value, Returns, and Exchanges
Peddler Cards may not be redeemed for cash or for goods or services outside the terms listed here.
A Peddler Card may be returned for a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase. A Peddler Card may be exchanged for a Peddler gift certificate within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
Lost or Stolen Cards
Lost or stolen Peddler Cards cannot be replaced.
Because no digital record of individual Peddler Card redemptions is maintained, replacing a lost or stolen card could result in duplicate redemptions.
Please treat your Peddler Card like cash.
The cardholder is responsible for keeping the card secure.
We will make every reasonable effort to return Peddler Cards lost at the restaurant to their rightful owners.
